Meet Rev. Jason Carson Wilson
Rev. Jason Carson Wilson is a public theologian, journalist, and justice-driven communicator who speaks with clarity, courage, and conviction. A Black gay United Church of Christ minister and North American Old Catholic priest, he brings a rare blend of prophetic fire and reporting instincts to every stage he steps onto. Wilson’s work sits at the intersection of faith, politics, race, LGBTQIA+ justice, and mental health, offering audiences truth that challenges and hope that sustains. As the founder of Liberating Messages, he equips communities, congregations, and organizations to confront injustice, strengthen their moral voice, and lead with integrity in a world that’s constantly shifting.
